DOE Investigation - A number of companies that were American small business job creators, were asked to offer their advanced technology solutions to the American market in order to create more jobs and provide improved domestic security. Senate Ethics Committee - Many of their staff members witnessed, and reported, incidents which subsequently turned out to be crimes that a corrupt group were engaged in. Individual staff within a federal program sabotaged applicants efforts by manipulating the process in order to protect their business associates, create monopolistic profit control for themselves, and companies they were connected with, manipulate the stock market and seek retribution for whistle-blowing.
